Rocket City H.O.G. Chapter Member Information

Before you can become a member of the Rocket City H.O.G. Chapter, you must be a National H.O.G. member by calling 1-800-CLUBHOG or visit http://hog.com. Once that's complete, click here for a Chapter Enrollment Form. Print the form, fill it out and bring it to the dealership or next meeting to join in on the fun!

Your spouse and children are welcome as associate members; however, you must first add them as associates to your National membership. Each member, full or associate, will receive their own membership number from National H.O.G. along with a package of information, pins, and patches. Please provide our local chapter with your National membership number(s) at the time you enroll, or if you are a new National member, as soon as you receive your number from National.

Chapter Dues

Chapter dues are $20.00 per year for a full member and $15.00 per year for an associate member. Dues are due at the first of the year.

Meeting Time

Our chapter usually meets the second Saturday of each month. Meetings start at 10:00 a.m. and typically last 1 hour.

Meeting Location

Chapter meetings are usually held at Rocket Harley-Davidson; however, the location may vary depending on the weather and special activities. The next meeting location is always announced in the chapter newsletter. Various restaurants are kind enough to allow us to use their facilities for our meetings, and we ask that you patronize their establishments. If you have a suggestion for a meeting spot, let us know. If possible, we will reserve the location for our meeting.

Newsletter

Our chapter newsletter is chock-full of information about current happenings and chapter activities along with motorcycle tips and safety articles. In addition, there is a calendar of upcoming events. Our newsletter is something we take great pride in, and we urge all members to contribute to its content. We’re always looking for articles and pictures from our members’ travels and motorcycling adventures.

Because of the rising cost of printing and mailing, the newsletter will no longer be mailed to the membership.  The newsletter will be available in digital format on our website.

Chapter Pride

Our chapter has a “Chapter Pride” contest at each of our monthly meetings. It is intended to encourage attendance and encourage members to wear something with our chapter name on it. A T-shirt or vest patch, or even a chapter pin is all that is required. The reward is a HOG Challenge Coin!

Chapter Merchandise

Chapter patches, T-shirts, and other chapter specific merchandise are available at Rocket Harley-Davidson, Inc. Just ask at the front counter and they’ll help you find what you’re looking for.

Credit Union Membership

Membership in Rocket City HOG qualifies you to join the Redstone Federal Credit Union.  Go to any branch of the Redstone Federal Credit Union and ask them about the benefits of joining a Credit Union.  To sign up for membership at Redstone Federal Credit Union show them your Rocket City HOG Membership Card and tell them you are a member of “Rocket City Huntsville, Alabama Chapter #1535, Inc.”
